Pixel Media was founded by Adam and Rose to capture those important moments for individuals, brands, bands and creative teams.
We pride ourselves on being able to capture high quality images while still expressing that creative flare that makes you stand out from the crowd.
We love it all! From fast-moving events to carefully planned commercial shoots, the focus is always the same: no-fuss, stunning visuals at a competitive price.
Adam
Adam's love for photography came at a young age when his grandfather gave him his first DSLR. He would capture anything and everything which caught his eye, which were usually macro subjects as he was a bit closer to the ground back then. Adam started his professional photography and videography journey during a media apprenticeship in Nottingham. Since going to University he's continued to develop his skills and passion for capturing compelling images.
"I've taken many a picture over the years, capturing moments for big and small businesses alike as well as individuals both on-location and in a studio setting. There's a story behind every shot and I truly relish the ability to freeze a moment in time and share it with the world."
"I really enjoy capturing more still-life imagery - product photography, real estate and interiors for businesses. I do also love the hustle and bustle of event and gig photography."
Showing you at your best and really getting a message across is important to Adam, something he believes shows in his work.
Rosemarie Derbyshire
Rosemarie has her focus on gig and portraiture photography and finds great joy in captuing how a person would like to be percived in the moment. She has always had the eye for what makes an image look standout and can direct others to create an image that represents them and shows them in their best light.
Rosemarie began shooting on film in 2020 and trained her eye for compostion on there before transitioning to digital photography in 2024. It was here with the digital photography that she found her creative spirit and likes to expore new editing styles and in-camera effects to create a unique look.
"I enjoy gig photography especially. I love capturing the energy and excitement of a performance and then getting to relive it through a photo."

1. Service Agreement
AR Pixel Media will provide photography and/or videography services to the best of its ability in accordance with the Project Specification. The client acknowledges that the photographer maintains artistic interpretation throughout the project, and that final results will reflect the photographer’s creative style and judgement.
Although every reasonable effort will be taken to produce media in accordance with the Project Specification, the photographer cannot place an unconditional guarantee on that outcome. If the client is dissatisfied with results through fault of AR Pixel Media, photographs and/or videos will be retaken. If the client is dissatisfied with the project through fault of AR Pixel Media, the project will be rescheduled.
AR Pixel Media is not liable for dissatisfaction due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, including weather conditions, venue restrictions, acts of God, government restrictions, or equipment failure. Where reasonably possible, the client agrees to credit AR Pixel Media when media is published online.
2. Media and Copyrights
The photographer retains copyright for all media produced while operating under AR Pixel Media in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. The client acknowledges that purchasing services does not constitute ownership of media produced by AR Pixel Media. AR Pixel Media reserves the right to use media produced for portfolio display, marketing, website, and social media unless otherwise agreed in the Project Specification.
3. Licensing and Use
Licence to use comes into effect only from the date that the relevant invoice(s) are paid in full. Use of media is not permitted before payment in full. On full payment, the client is automatically granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable 12-month licence for personal and organic social media use only.
The licence granted does not permit use in paid advertising, resale, stock libraries, or transfer to third parties without written permission. Additional licensing is set out in the Project Specification. Media may not be used outside what is described in this document or the Project Specification without prior written permission. The client, its associates, friends, or family are not permitted to modify, distribute, or sell media for any reason not prescribed in this document or the Project Specification.
4. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for ensuring access to locations, cooperation of participants, and necessary permissions for photography and video unless otherwise agreed in the Project Specification. Delays caused by the client may reduce session time and results and do not constitute grounds for refund or reshoot.
The client is also responsible for obtaining consent from all individuals appearing in the media unless otherwise agreed.
5. Payment Terms
The client agrees to provide a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total project cost upon signature of the Project Specification. The remaining balance must be paid to AR Pixel Media no more than 7 days after results have been provided. Failure by the client to compensate AR Pixel Media after 7 days may incur 5% interest against the remaining project balance.
6. Cancellation of Services
If AR Pixel Media needs to cancel a project for reasons beyond its control, and rescheduling is not possible, AR Pixel Media will be liable for a full refund of all monies paid by the client.
The client may cancel a project 7 or more days before the session commencement date and only be liable for the deposit. Cancellation between 2 and 7 days before the booked session makes the client liable for 50% of the total project cost. If the client requests cancellation less than 48 hours before the booked session, the full project fee may apply.
7. Limit of Liability
In the unlikely event that the photographer is injured, too ill, or has an emergency that prevents them from providing the services set out in the Project Specification, AR Pixel Media will make every effort to reschedule the session or project. If this is not possible, AR Pixel Media’s responsibility and liability are limited to rescheduling the project or session, or returning all monies paid for the project.
In the unlikely event that media are lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond AR Pixel Media or the photographer’s control, AR Pixel Media’s liability is limited to the return of all monies paid for the project.

Raw material remains the property of AR Pixel Media and will not be delivered unless explicitly stated in the Project Specification. The client acknowledges that raw material will be corrected for colour balance, exposure, sharpness, and similar adjustments. The client also acknowledges that retouching will be performed on processed material so that it is in an appropriate state as a output.
The client acknowledges that photography and videography are artistic services and that final results will reflect the photographer’s creative style and judgement.
